Terms of Service

Syntax Start provides a subscription inventory management service for clinics (the "Service") at inventory.syntaxstart.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Each organization is responsible for its users, roles, and the accuracy of the data it enters. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts. Invited users accept these terms upon creating an account.

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other organizations' data, no interference with the Service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rates shown on the pricing page. Introductory rates are locked for the first 12 months of a subscription. You may cancel at any time; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Your organization owns its inventory data. You can export it at any time (CSV/Excel). On cancellation you may request a full export or deletion; see the Privacy Policy for retention details.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service supports — but does not replace — your own stock control and regulatory compliance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the Service. Questions: contact@syntaxstart.com. These terms are governed by Swedish law; disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
